Laity is a self catering apartment situated below Talland House. The flat has immense character with thick stone walls and original beamed ceilings. This is a residential area of the village but is only a minute’s walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and pubs. The famous House on Props restaurant (highly recommended for their delicious cream teas and cakes) is next door. The river Pol runs along the rear of the property.

Living Accommodation

There is a large lounge/dining room with feature fireplace (not working), kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has a sofa and a sofa bed and a tv and dvd player. The kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. A washer dryer is also provided.

Sleeping Accommodation

The bedroom has a magnificent king size four-poster bed. There is also a sofa bed with sprung mattress to sleep two.
